I must receive all inquiries one month prior to your event date. I will ensure your items are complete and passed off within one week of your event date- no later than that!

Rented items must be returned 2 weeks after your event date.

At this time, I do not offer graphic design-everything is hand-written. I do not provide calligraphy on medium or large non-erasable surfaces (i.e., table assignments), invitations, menus, or anything you do not see on my services page. I am open to new projects but reserve the right to refuse any project that I do not currently offer.

I hope to provide more services as my business grows. However, I want to make sure I’m completely confident in all services in order to make your events as special as possible!

I charge 2 fees for rented signs based on a % of the item/ service cost: A rental fee and a damage fee. These costs are deducted if you choose to provide the materials.

Inquiries 30 days prior to your event date are subject to a $50 rush fee. Inquiries 14 days prior to your event date are subject to a $100 rush fee.

If you need to cancel services within 14 days of your event date, you are subject to a 50% cancellation fee as your service has likely already been made and materials have already been used. Half of the original service price is due on or before the agreed upon pass-off date.

Late return fees are subject to be charged in the case that rented materials are not returned 14 days after your event date.

I accept all forms of payment including Venmo (preferred), Cashapp, Zelle, Apple Pay, cash, and checks.

All payments are to be made in full on the agreed upon pass-off date, or no services will be provided. Installments are OK as long as they do not exceed the pass-off date.

You may cancel free of charge/ refunded for any payments made 14+ days prior to your event.

All mirrors come with either a floor or table easel, or are large enough to be propped against a wall. All mirrors come with an emergency kit which includes a marker for touchups if needed.

I also provide proper transportation materials to keep each mirror safe (plastic wrap, Styrofoam, cardboard, packing blankets, etc).

I ask that clients make sure nothing is stacked on top of the mirrors in transport and move items inside in the case of inclement weather.

Yes, but only if you are local to the Austin, Texas, area. If you provide a mirror for me to use, the rental cost + damage fees are waived. Mirrors must be provided 1 month before your event date. f you provide other small items such as place cards, table #’s, or bridesmaids gifts for me to letter on, these are only subject to service fees.

If the items are small enough, I can ship them nationwide (place cards, table numbers, etc.) I do not ship mirrors.

I do not deliver items locally to your event. We will find a flexible time to pass-off within one week of your event date.

I will reach out to confirm whether or not I can accept the project based on the intake form you send in (located in the Contact tab). From there, I will send over a quick survey for you to complete so I can get more information on your event needs. I will send over the cost estimate and contract for you to complete. Once completed, I will begin working on your project!

If the items don’t come out as you expect, I cannot redo them due to the materials needed. Please please please be thorough in your expectations so that I can deliver on your needs! For example, include ALL possible attendees in your list for place cards, or provide inspiraion pictures if there is a specific style or look you’re going for.
